Arthur Tu Arthur TuArthur Tu was the co-founder and CTO of LearnBop. His vision for LearnBop was to implement interactive math learning as a seamless and integral part of a teacher’s classroom in the form of real-time, dynamic interventions. Prior to founding LearnBop, Arthur was a research associate at the Human-Computer Interaction Institute at Carnegie Mellon. Outside of his work in education and in technology, Arthur is also a music and street dance enthusiast.
VIVE Alanna GregoryAlanna Gregory is the co-founder and CEO of VIVE, for on-the-go booking of beauty services. Alanna began her career on Wall Street as a publishing research analyst and has been quoted by publications such as the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg News. Alanna studied Operations Research and Financial Engineering at Princeton University, graduating with honors. She has also fought, and won, the battle on out-of-control curly hair.
Wellthie Seth BergerSeth Berger – CTO of Wellthie. Seth is building new, easier ways for consumers to navigate important healthcare decisions. Previously Seth co-founded Estco Medical to build web applications in healthcare which he sold in 2006. Later he worked at two premier digital agencies where he managed complex digital projects for Fortune 500 clients, including many consumer-oriented companies. Seth attended Harvard University.
Concert Window Dan GurneyDan Gurney – CEO Concert Window. Dan Gurney has developed Concert Window into a platform to allow any musician to monetize their live shows online. He is a graduate of Harvard College and a six-time United States National Accordion Champion. In his spare time he is a member of NYC-based band The Yanks, whose debut album was the #1 Top Seller on Bandcamp.
Jonathan DailyJonathan Daily – CTO Concert Window as well as an experienced entrepreneur. He founded his first startup, WeTxt – a group text messaging app – in 2007, and has been co-founding and leading startup tech teams ever since. He has also been an active member of the Brooklyn music scene for years. He currently sings and plays guitar for Brooklyn post-punkers The Black Black
Booze Carriage Rob MatzkinRob Matzkin is the Founder & CEO of Booze Carriage, the fast & free-delivery app for beer, wine, & spirits. Previously Rob has had success with three other start-ups, including Vail Ski Concierge, a full-service destination travel agency. When he is not hitting the slopes or white-water rafting, Rob can be found in Sheep’s Meadow in Central Park practicing acrobatic yoga with fellow brave & willing participants.
